Dehydrating fruits and veggies for healthy snacks

Who doesn't love a good healthy snack.

Dehydrated fruits and vegetables are a great way to preserve food from the summer months 😋. 

The fall is setting in and I am enjoying my cool weather crops but, I can also enjoy the taste of other fruits and veggies. 

It does lack some hydration but it beats not having the nutrients at all.

Let me knkw what you think of Dehydrated foods in general. 

Store bought dried fruits can contain other ingredients or dyes etc. Compared to doing it at home.
