One of my go-to breakfast smoothies
I would like to share one of my favorite breakfast smoothies with you, as promised if you sign up for my newsletters. This smoothie happens to be tasty delicious and healthy by being loaded with lots of yummy nutrients.
This blueberry goodness has of course antioxidants, fiber from the fruit and oats, protein from the almond milk and rich with omega fatty acids from chia seeds. The chia seeds also fills you up so, I think it can help with weight loss over time. Enjoy
