Skin Loving Breakfast smoothie-Anti-aging

We all have busy and hectic lives. But, we can't skip on our health and nutrition. Why should our bodies and specifically our skin take the back seat. As we age our skin loses it elasticity, due to losing collagen. My anti-aging secret is sea moss also known as irish moss. These drinks are really popular in the Caribbean. So I try to have it daily if possible. You can also add sea moss to soups or stews as an thickening agent. . I will be posting videos on how to use it and prepare seamoss in it's natural form. For this lovely smoothie, start with a nutribullet or high speed blender. Add frozen bananas peeled, fresh figs, seamoss, chia seeds, buckwheat berries, walnuts are optional and almond milk.
